PRIMEIRA NIET The Quarry Men, com Eric Griffiths, Colin Hanton, Rod Davies, John Lennon, Pete Shotton e Len Garry, se apresentaram na tarde de 6 de julho de 1957 na Festa da Igreja de St. Peter. 🇬🇧 It was here that John, Paul, and George, along with two other Quarrymen (Colin Hanton and Len Garry), recorded their first record in July 1958, a cover of Buddy Holly’s “That’ll Be The Day” and a McCartney/Harrison original, “In Spite Of All The Danger.” John sang lead vocals on both sides. Only one acetate copy was made, and it is now owned by Paul. John, Paul, and George returned here in 1960 to record a Lennon original, “The One After 909.” Sadly, this recording appears to have been lost
