Meet #Fargo Police Officer Miller and K-9 Toby. On Jan. 28, 2022, Officer Miller graduated from a six-week K-9 training. Feb. 4, 2022 was Officer Miller's first shift with Toby where she received her K-9 pin from the K-9 Unit. K-9 Toby is specially trained in explosive detection. On patrols, Toby is trained in tracking, area searches, building searches and apprehension. | Fargo Police Department

Setting up the squad car and getting ready for shift has an extra step these days. All officers are wiping down their squads, including the backseat transport area, at the beginning of their shift and after any incident where someone is inside their vehicle. The department also has two squads dedicated and outfitted to transport any person who may have or had been exposed to COVID19. | Fargo Police Department
