Persist PUMP LIFT is the name of the game. Globo gyms are amazing places to access lots of equipment, get the energy of others, and build fitness but it can be hard to accomplish supersets on multiple pieces of equipment. 💥 I created a track in my Persist program called PUMP LIFT, which is how I’ve trained for 10 months.
